Instructions:

  • The first step is to obtain a strong erection.

  • Put one hand at the base of the penis. Don't use any lubrication.

  • Now slide and pull the foreskin from the base towards the penis head and even passed it if possible.

  • When reaching the maximum stretch of your skin, hold that position till your erection softens.

  • Relax for about 10-15 seconds.

  • Obtain another erection and repeat steps 1-5 as described above for 5-20 more times.
For optimal results both in lengthening and thickening your penis it is best to do the Jelquing exercises right after stretching. This will also aid in restoring blood circulation.
